RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, our bandanas cannot be returned as each piece is made to order and personalized. 

In any case the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via DM (@furmomco) or shopfurmomco@gmail.com in the email please include photos and details for proof of the damaged product. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 7-10 days processing time for us to complete your order. We try to ship out our orders as quickly as possible! Keep in mind that our products are all handmade to order. Once they are shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your FMC package to arrive. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Gently hand wash
• Iron gently 
• Bandana's with customizations (vinyl/patches) may be ironed around the area avoiding the vinyl (vinyl will melt if ironed directly)
• Spot clean
• Lay flat to dry

SAFETY

Our bandanas feature secure plastic snaps on each side. Please supervise your pet while wearing to prevent chewing or swallowing any pieces. Bandanas should not be worn overnight or while your pet is in their kennel. Furmom & Co. is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by misuse.
