WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once you place your order, you are able to see your processing date on the order status page. Economy shipping is usually 3-7 business days. Priority shipping is typically 2-3 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after your package is accepted by usps for tracking information to update.

You have the option to check your order status using your email and order number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you made an error when placing your order or need to add an additional item, please contact me immediately via Instagram/TikTok DM @furmomco

Changes cannot be made once I start processing the order. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM BANDANA?

Absolutely! If your pet is celebrating a special occasion, has a favorite sport, or is ready to paw-ty for their birthday, I’d love to create something just for them! Send me a DM on Instagram or TikTok to start your custom order!
